Contemplating on contemplation!

Welcome to quiet contemplation!

what does one do when one does not exactly feel like being in a contemplative state of mind?cannot force the mind to contemplate when it does not want to! That is the key aspect to be learned in meditation. Not force the mind to meditate but allow it to fall in a meditative state of its own accord.Follow or just observe the natural trail of thoughts that arise and fall and after some time, the mind will automatically be centred on the most pressing thought that needs adequate thought and attention and with that the goal of meditation- meditating on a fixed thought will have been achieved rather effortlessly thus making contemplation not a forced exercise but a joyful, pleasant, effortless and very insightful process.

 Happy musings!
